Karissa Ruth
Hello! I am Karissa Ruth, Owner & Creative Director of ICT Pole Studio. I began my pole journey 5 years ago by taking pole dance classes and fell in love the first day! I loved it so much I ordered a x-pole for my home within a few months! After about a year or so of classes I took my skills to the club for a while, you can ask for stories in class lol!
About 2 years later, I was offered a wonderful opportunity to teach pole dance classes at another local studio, of course I accepted! That studio was great, but I was ready to create my own space for others to elevate, dance, & vibe, and so came ICT Pole Studio, Wichita’s first pole dance & pole fitness studio!
Pole has become my passion & lifestyle, I feel empowered and free when I pole. I hope you come to my class and feel the same way!
I teach level 1 pole, pole conditioning, pole combos, exotic pole, pole silks, private lessons, and host parties or group classes! You can also book me for a performance!
My current Pole Goals are to perform, teach and compete!

Hello! My name is Crystal. I teach Intro to Pole, Level 2/3 Pole, Pole Choreo & Pole fit!
I began my pole journey in December of 2021. I started out as a student in level 1 & pole conditioning at ICT Pole Studio. With consistency & dedication a few months later I advanced to level 2/3!
Pole started off as just another work out for me but it quickly became a lifestyle. & now it is something I am very passionate about. I have now been an instructor for a year and I am truly enjoying every bit of it!
Kayla
Hey! I’m Kayla, I was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, my journey began at the renowned MGM Studio of Dance. From there, honing skills at Midwest Dance Mechanix and attending prestigious conventions like Tremaine Dance in Tulsa, OK, and Pulse Dance in Kansas City, KS, paved the way for a remarkable career. I graced the stage of the Wichita Ballet's iconic Nutcracker production before embarking on a transformative journey at the Debbie Allen Dance Academy in LA, specializing in tap under the tutelage of Maurice Hines.
My passion for dance led me to immerse in various styles, including Monster Hip Hop in Dallas, TX, and Monsters LA Hip Hop. Continuing my education, I pursued a dance minor at Wichita State University while contributing their expertise as staff at MDM Dance Studio. My talent as a choreographer shone through, earning recognition as the choreographer for Miss Teen Kansas, several music videos, dance teams, and artists.
My dedication to the art of dance culminated in joining the esteemed Wichita State Dance Team, where I continue to inspire with their passion and skill. I am excited to teach and bring confidence to women and men and share my passion for others while having fun, growing in self confidence, and in style.
