Intro To Pole

Learn the fundamentals and techniques needed to perform the beginner moves of pole dancing. Great class for those looking to gain strength and body awareness- or just have fun!

No experience necessary.

*To advance to LEVEL 1 Pole, you must be able to Pole Sit for 30 seconds+ & Stag Spin to Pole Sit

LEVEL 1 POLE

It’s time to start building the foundation to your pole journey. You will increase your pole vocabulary & learn pole climbs, spins, leg holds & poses. Students will begin conditioning for inverting from the floor.

PRE-REQUISITE:
MUST HAVE TAKEN INTRO TO POLE OR PERMISSION/APPROVAL FROM INSTRUCTOR.

LEVEL 1 Pole includes beginner & higher beginner

*To progress to Higher Beginner-must be able to Climb to top of pole & pole sit

*To advance to LEVEL 2- must be able to invert to chopper from the floor

LEVEL 2/3 POLE

This class is designed for students ready to take their pole journey to the next level.  Here the student will focus on moves and tricks with three or two points of contact. Students will spend time perfecting fundamental skills such as inverts to inside and outside leg hangs, as well as increasing body awareness and engagement.

PRE-REQUISITE:
STUDENT MUST HAVE A SOLID, CLEAN INVERT TO CHOPPER FROM THE FLOOR.
MUST COMPLETE LEVEL 1 POLE OR PERMISSION/APPROVAL FROM INSTRUCTOR.

*To progress to level 3, you must be able to aerial invert.


Once progressed to level 3, you can expect to learn and work on
Shoulder Mounts, Aerial Inverts, Static Rotations, and will also begin prep for your Handsprings!

POLE CONDITIONING

A workout using the pole, that helps you achieve or maintain the strength and flexibility needed for pole fitness/dance, & increases stamina and endurance.

No experience necessary.

The Fundamentals of pole are strength, stamina, flexibility and mobility. This class helps improve all!

Exotic Pole

Tap in to the sexy side of pole. Learn floorwork, sexy spins & poses. Express yourself, build confidence and heal the divine feminine energy within.

*must be at level 1 pole+

Pole Combos

Learn how to transition between pole moves & piece together level 1/2 pole tricks, that could be combined into a routine. Great class to build stamina and your pole flow.

*must be at level 1 pole+

Pole Silks

The beautiful combination of aerial fabric/silks and pole dancing to explore the creative you. FabPole helps you level up! You can strength train, find your flow and more with FabPole!

No experience necessary.

 

OPEN POLE

Gives you the freedom to express and practice pole at your own pace. Take a break from the day & flow, use the silk, lyras, etc.

Also, a great opportunity to experience pole with other levels or practice a routine.

Pole Fit

Ready to take your health & wellness seriously?

Heels Dance Class 18+ *heels optional!
